Reports can be produced as a result of detailed inspections which are undertaken in accordance with our regulations – BS7671:2012. The information which is produced is both clear, accurate and well presented and any defects which may be found are coded 1 to 3, where code 1 items need urgent attention, code 3 items while not complying with current standards may not necessarily be unsafe or need rectification.
