Fast Track Purchasing Capabilities and Solutions

Where a rapid response to purchasing is needed, here at CIL we have established a fast-track purchasing team who are able to quickly determine the critical tasks and procurement needs of a project. The Fast-Track purchasing activity is able to be incorporated within the main MRP system or excluded and micro-managed by CIL Projects.
