XOY32 SMD Automotive Oscillator

A miniature SMD packaged LVCMOS oscillator designed for extended temperature range operation with automotive approval. The XOY32 will provide stability of ±25ppm over -40 +85C and ±50ppm over -40 to + 125C. This part exhibits good jitter as well as phase noise performance. Frequency range 1.25MHz to 50MHz 3.2 x 2.5mm package.
