What a difference a year makes: 12 months from the company’s entry into South America via the important FESPA Brasil event, Integration Technology’s (ITL) local market sales and support company Integration Technology LAM evidenced deepening commitment to the region with a further strong showing in Sao Paolo.
The number of attendees and exhibitors may not have changed year-on-year at FESPA Brasil – but the quality had.
Reports ITL LAM business development manager, Edsel Lonza Jnr: “FESPA did a great job of reinforcing our launch locally with a very business-like show at which we picked up a highly positive response to new solutions being exhibited and consequently very promising leads to new relationships.”
The star turn on stand 643 was always going to be upgraded MZ UV LEDcure solution,
This compact, cost-effective, yet high-performing air-cooled system ran throughout the show on a 3m roll-to-roll wide format printer specially converted from solvent based to UV inks.
With instant on/off, variable power and low temperature operation, the unit is ideally suited to digital inkjet applications such as small plotters, product printers or marking and encoding applications. It is also equally at home curing adhesives, sealants and coatings in electronics, product assembly and many other industrial applications.
FESPA Brazil also showcased the global launch of ITL’s latest world-beating air-cooled SZ and VZ LEDcure systems.
Sharing a common compact head architecture and just 70mm wide x 200mm high, come in standard lengths from 90mm to 540mm long to suit all wide format printer models and can be fine-tuned using 30mm modules to match print head arrays (longer lengths available to order).
Both new products are also equipped with ITL’s high output/dose XT8 UV LED Booster technology, increasing cure speeds across all applications with 30% uplift in operational efficiency for systems fitted with 365, 385, 395 or 405nm or for systems with mixed wavelength arrays first introduced by ITL in 2010.
