High Power Infrared Source and Sensor

Spectrally matched near infra-red source and sensor made up of a high output infra-red emitter in standard 5 mm LED package (TSUS5400) as well as a high speed silicon PIN photodiode sensor, housed within an infra-red transmissive moulding (BPW41). Designed to be suitable for high speed photo-detector use, remote control circuits etc.
