Our 3D computer aided design capabilities can simulate the routing of wiring harnesses and can highlight potential dimensional problems before production commences, saving both time and cost. Clashes with other components, bundle size and bend radius restrictions are typical issues that can be addressed well before a wire is even cut. Any design information can then be quickly and easily transferred to and from the customer using standard data formats.
