LED lighting is revolutionising the lighting industry. Previously LED light bulbs did not produce enough light. The light emitted usually a blue colouration. With the recent advances in technology LEDs are ready for the mass market and can be fitted in most cases as a direct replacement to existing fittings. For low voltage LEDs, a specific LED driver must replace the traditional transformer. LEDs can now be supplied in a choice of colours.
