New Digital Technology For Two of The UK's Premier Venues

Radio Links Communications Ltd recent won a valuable contract to supply a sophisticated and technically advanced digital trunked radio communications system for the NEC Groups premier venues at The International Convention Centre (ICC) and The National Indoor Arena (NIA), both located in central Birmingham. The new Motorola DP4800 hand held Digital radios provide crystal clear communications and are able to talk between the two sites thanks to advances in technology. These advances mean that we were able to make use of the venues own internal IT nework to link the digital radio infrastucture in each building. This enabled us to provide a seamless radio system, giving venue staff the ability to contact their colleagues irrespective of which venue they were working in.
