Circuit, firmware, and pcb design + prototyping Design

We produce circuit and pcb designs, and outsource case and keypad design if required. We can usually produce one or more prototypes to evaluate the design and we will also produce all the documentation needed for a manufacturer to assemble and test the product in higher volumes.

We have the following measurent capability

* Spectrum analysis to 22GHz * Network analysis to 11GHz * Signal generation to 11GHz * Emco 3146 calibrated antenna for radiated measurements to 1GHz

For RF circuit modelling we use an Agilent software package, and for printed circuit board artworks we use Altium Designer (Protel) software

PIC, Atmel, and 8031 controller firmware designed

We have produced radio designs for equipment operating from HF through to X-band for a wide variety of applications, as well as the common license-free bands

Consultancy

We will also look at problems with existing designs and can help with EMC, reliability, etc. If you are having rf problems we may well be able to offer some insight!
