ROLEC’s quick-fit aluCLIC diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics are now available with optional IP 69K ingress protection. They are also rated to IP 66 and IP 67 standards.

IP 69K protection makes aluCLIC particularly well suited to environments where regular high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning is required, such as the food and beverage sector, pharmaceuticals, automotive applications, and heavy-duty industries like mining or construction.

The robust aluCLIC enclosure features a snap lock on its underside, allowing it to be clipped easily into place on a discreet fastening element. This mounting base can be fixed to walls, ceilings or machinery, making installation simple and efficient.

One of aluCLIC’s key advantages is that it can be mounted quickly even when the lid is already attached, helping protect the internal electronics during installation. The enclosure can just as easily be detached from the base and replaced when needed.

All assembly screws are concealed on the underside, providing a sleek, uninterrupted surface on the lid. This also leaves room for a generously recessed area to accommodate a membrane keypad, product label or front plate. The recess extends across almost the entire lid.

The aluCLIC range includes three sizes, from 90 x 130 x 70 mm up to 130 x 200 x 70 mm, supplied in light grey (RAL 7035) as standard. The fastening element is made from black (RAL 9005) POM.

A range of accessories is available, including mounting plates, terminal blocks, cable glands, cross rails, DIN rails, and an optional corrosion-resistant coating in azure blue (RAL 5009).

ROLEC also offers full customisation of the aluCLIC enclosures. Available services include CNC machining, engraving, powder coating, painting, printing, display windows, EMC shielding and assembly.
