Cobalt, Iron and Vanadium Magnetic Material

MAGNETOFLEX® refers to a permanent magnetic alloy that is composed of Cobalt, Iron and Vanadium. This alloy can be shaped and is manufactured only as tape. The magnetic properties are established by high cold deformation with subsequent annealing treatment. The parts must be shaped by punching, cutting, bending or rolling before the treatment. Hard metal tools are needed for cutting MAGNETOFLEX®.
