Thermo Bimetals
Thermo Bimetals, also called Thermostat metals, are a layered composite alloy that is made up of at least two materials of different thermal expansion, which are firmly connected to one another. Thermostat metals change their shape depending on temperature in a defined, reproducible manner. This property allows them to be particularly well-suited for applications that involve temperature measurement, control, and switching.
