16 Amp 250Vac rated manual reset thermal cut out suitable for loads of around 3kw (maximum). Supplied with an M4 threaded shaft for fitting. This thermal cut out is normally closed (NC), meaning that it is normally in the on position. The thermal cut out will open (turn off) on reaching 120 degrees celsius and can be reset manually. This is a 1/2 inch thermal cut out, not to be confused with the higher rated 3/4 inch thermal cut outs more suitable for higher loads typically found in more powerful power showers. Supplied with 6.3mm vertical quick connect terminals and enclosed in a ceramic body. Carries TUV approval at 16A 250Vac & American UL approval at 16A 125Vac and complies with RoHS.
