Cabled Load Shackles

Strainstall's load shackles have been designed for measuring tensile loads using a double shear strain gauged element, and provide a simple and reliable method of measuring a wide range of weights and loads. Capacities start from 3 tonnes to up to 1,000 tonnes.

The options include "D" or "Bow" shackle bodies, load centralising bobbins, plug and socket cable extensions, displays and signal conditioning units, carrying cases (up to 35 tonne rating) and are supplied with full calibration certification.

For applications where interconnecting cables would be impracticable, Strainstall can offer telemetry links between the load cell shackles and displays, which enable the user to stand further away from the load, therefore offering increased safety and maximum convenience.
