The KENT-KCNC CNC pad printing machine is a fully computerized system designed for complex, high-precision, multicolor printing tasks. With features like PLC control, 3-axis servo motor drive, sealed ink cup system, and a large printing area, it offers versatility. The machine includes programmable sequences, unlimited job memory, laser beam pad positioning, and automated functions such as pad height measurement, stroke control, change, and cleaning. It ensures accuracy with dead-on printing plate registration. The system, suitable for unmanned operation, comes with safety features like a light beam curtain and an enclosed cabinet with air filter.
