As your security officer patrols the building he takes with him the WM3000. Lets say the first point of visit is the Computer Room. Fixed to the wall would be a low cost RFID Tag (Typically USD 1.00 each) The security officer holds the WM3000 near the RFID tag and pressing the "Scan" button.
