PC Hosted ModeThe LE-200PR can be connected to a host PC which can be used to control the instrument and display captured data in a variety of different formats. Stand-alone ModeThe LE-200PS will operate by itself, from a local power supply, capturing data. This is useful when a PC cannot be used: in dirty or dusty environments or if data needs to be recorded for long periods of time, perhaps longer than one month.
