PS/2 Connector The PS/2 Connector Board features a 6-pin round Personal System/2 (PS/2) connector used to connect peripheral devices, usually a mouse or keyboard, with a computer. Usually, they are available in two sizes, one with a diameter of about 1/4-inch and other with a diameter of about 3/8-inch. However, in the modern world, USB connectors have almost entirely replaced PS/2 connectors as the primary means of hooking up computer devices.
