Total Phase I2C Development Kit

Product Code: TP120112

This set comes complete with an Aardvark™ I2C/SPI Host Adapter, Beagle™ I2C/SPI Protocol Analyzer, 10-pin Split Cables, I2C/SPI Activity Board and 6 USB foot A-to-B cable. It helps developers with various applications that include exercising target devices on an I2C bus as a master device, simulating an I2C master or slave device, programming and verifying I2C-based memory devices and passive monitoring of an I2C bus in real-time with 20 ns bit-level timing. Aardvark™ I2C/SPI Host Adapter The Aardvark™ I2C/SPI Host Adapter is a powerful, high-speed device that works as an I2C bus and SPI bus host adapter with the help of a USB interface. It gives the developer the freedom to interface any computer, running on Windows, MAC OS, or Linux, to a downstream embedded system and transfer serial messages with the help of I2C and SPI protocols. Beagle™ I2C/SPI Protocol Analyser The Beagle™ I2C/SPI analyser is a protocol analyser is the perfect tool for developing an I2C, SPI, or MDIO based product.
This small and portable analyser delivers high performance bus monitoring solution of bus signals and is an ideal companion for engineers working in the field or in the lab. This analyser is compatible with all leading operating systems and non-intrusively monitors I2C up to 4 MHz, SPI up to 24 MHz and MDIO up to 2.5 MHz. 10-Pin Split Cables The 10-Pin Split Cable is a useful tool that allows you to use the 10-pin ribbon cable without any adapter boards. This universal cable is compatible with a lot of applications and comes with a 10-pin box header that connects to the ribbon cable. This cable uses a standard 5x2 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch IDC type keyed box connector at one end and all the individual leads are terminated with a single pin crimp connector with the same 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch at the other end. To ease identifications, all the leads are have different colours and are labelled with the pin name. I2C/SPI Activity Board The I2C/SPI Activity Board is the ideal tool for any novice or advanced system developer. This board works as a way for a developer to check the system or debug it against working slave devices to distinguish between software and hardware bugs. Also, it helps in establishing a baseline for using the software. Moreover, the target devices provided on the activity board serve as a great way of learning mechanics of I2C and SPI bus protocols for amateur developers.
