Derailer Actuator Ready for Despatch

We’ve been producing de-railing devices for British Rail for many years and here’s another ready for dispatch. As a safety precaution British Railways fit de-railer devices on many tracks throughout the UK. The Electric Actuator Company has supplied many of these actuators, our design is now an industry standard. In an emergency the design of the machine moves one rail and makes the carriage de-rail causing the rolling stock to come to a halt. We’ve been designing, manufacturing and supplying electric actuators from our Bradford facility since 1957.
