Trizo’s pre-production services help ensure your product is ready for efficient, reliable and repeatable manufacture before it enters full production.

Our engineering and manufacturing teams work with customers to review designs, drawings, bills of materials and production requirements, identifying potential issues early and helping optimise the product for manufacture. This can include Design for Manufacture (DFM), component and material reviews, production planning and NPI support.

We can also support prototype and pre-production builds, providing an opportunity to validate assembly processes, identify potential improvements and establish the most effective manufacturing approach before moving into volume production.
