Stepper Motor Control

PROCUT runs over our CM3 Motion Controller, it takes great advantage of new technology in motion control, making all the movements as accurate as possible. PROCUT is a complete system including interface board, power supply, drive, proximity sensors, servomotor, encoder, cables and pulleys. Usually the encoders used used are a 1000 pulse per revolution (1000 ppr), this will ensure an excellent resolution and a very accurate system. The programme consists of a database manager and a motion control kernel. The database is used to store commands and position data for the motion control sequence. The end user is presented with a user friendly front end with which to manipulate the database.
