Unitemp Welcomes ESPEC’s Senior Service Engineer Mitsuru Yui for Specialist Knowledge Exchange

19-02-2026

Unitemp was pleased to welcome Mitsuru Yui, Senior Service Engineer from ESPEC Corporation, to its Aylesbury headquarters this week as part of a European knowledge-sharing tour centred on advanced environmental test chamber service and support.

Mr Yui’s visit offered an opportunity for the Unitemp service and engineering team to engage in technical discussions, hands-on sessions, and live diagnostics, aiming to improve support for the ESPEC product range in the UK. Topics included precision calibration techniques, controller firmware updates, troubleshooting humidity control, and best practices for preventive maintenance on thermal shock and temperature-humidity chambers.

“Having Mitsuru on-site allowed us to dive deeper into the diagnostics of some of ESPEC’s most advanced systems,” said Unitemp Managing Director, Jack Brown. “We were able to explore fine-tuning PID parameters for tighter temperature stability and review recent updates to the P-310 controller interface, all of which helps us provide faster and more effective support to our customers.”

As part of his European itinerary, Mr Yui also visited Seneco SRL in Milan, ESPEC Italian distributors, and will conclude his tour with a stop at ESPEC’s European headquarters in Germany, ensuring alignment and continuous development across the brand’s continental network.

This visit reinforces the close collaboration between Unitemp and ESPEC, and demonstrates the ongoing commitment to technical excellence and customer service.

Unitemp is the sole UK distributor and service partner for ESPEC environmental test chambers, offering expert advice, installation, maintenance, and calibration services to businesses in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and materials testing sectors.
