The 3547 lead set includes 12 Deployable Insulation Piercing Wire Clamp (XB) to Stacking Shrouded Banana Plug test leads. The test lead consists of
Colors: 2 Black, 2 Red, 2 Yellow, 2 Green, 2 Blue, 2 White (the green, blue, and white test leads utilize black XB wire clamp connectors as illustrated in the photo).
The test leads consist of insulation piercing XB wire clamps to 9306 stacking shrouded right angle banana plugs on 24in (60.96 cm) of 22 AWG PVC wire.
The XB Wire clamp needle bed pierces 20-28 AWG wire, providing immediate connection through insulation. These test leads were built specifically to be able to be deployed in tight/ confined spaces with the Deployable Extension Tool in the XB-Deploy Kit. The Deployable Extension Tool fastens onto the allen socket located on the top of the XB wire clamp connector, allowing for deployment in tight spaces. The allen thumb screws included in the XB-Deploy Kit may also be used to loosen or tighten the XB wire clamps when reach is not an issue.
