EOSE9030 Pneumatic Glove Tester

An essential tool for field testing and inspecting your insulated gloves. The EOSE9030 pneumatic tester provides an quick and easy method to test and inspect your insulated gloves in the workshop without the need for other tools or an air source.

When working on EV or PHEV vehicles there is a requirement to ensure that the Class 0 gloves you wear are safe to use. Gloves are required to undergo a regular inflation air leakage test and be inspected in accordance with EN60903 before each use to ensure the integrity of the glove is intact and therefore maintaining its electrical insulation safety standard.

Using the pneumatic glove tester is easy. Simply attach the glove to the tester and secure. Then operate the pneumatic pump by hand to inflate the glove. The glove can then be easily inspected for the slightest punctures or defects such as scuffs, holes, burns or material alterations. Once inspected and passed, the release valve on the

tester can be pressed releasing the air and the glove removed with the understanding that your gloves are good to go and will give you the electrical protection you need.
