Electro-PJP 6003 Insulation Piercing Probe with 4 mm Banana Socket This insulation piercing probe test accessory manufactured by Electro-PJP is ideal for use in the automotive, telecoms and security alarm industries. It is used on wires where access is difficult as they are located in hard to reach or confined areas or where ends cannot be reached for instance; wires moulded at each end. It consists of a spring loaded needle which will pierce the insulation of a wire allowing the steel fine point needle to make good contact with the conductor inside. The 4 mm banana socket interface mounted at the rear of the probe enables easy connection and interface to leads, multimeters and instruments.
