TO5-10L Transistor Mounting Pad - Insulating Bush Supplied in Packs of 100. MoQ 100 units. The TO5-10L is an insulating bush for mounting transistors with a TO5 or TO18 case style. The 9.53mm dia, 1.65mm high transistor mounting insulating bush has 10 x 0.91mm through holes (5.8mm PCD) for mounting the transistor. It also has 4 feet, on the bottom to raise the bed from the PCB, giving additional moisture protection. Made from 30% Glass Filled PBT UL94V-0 Black for high temperature resistance. RoHS Compliant.
