Sponge silicone elastomer

We offer solid silicone or fluorosilicone elastomer and sponge silicone elastomer with embedded monel or aluminium wire. With material manufactured to standards that will meet nearly every military or electronic requirement, gaskets designed using oriented wire in silicone can provide both environmental sealing capability along with effective electrical conductivity. Supplied either as standard strips cut to your required thickness or as finished gaskets we can add pressure sensitive adhesive to aid positioning, if required.
