Corrosion and weather test chambers

The corrosion chambers come in tow sizes, the 480 litre version and the 950 litre version both with a brine reservoir of approximately 180 litres. The salt solution is sprayed into the test chamber through a nozzle located in the top of the test chamber. The compressed air required is heated in a pressurised humidifier and saturated with moisture before it enters the test chamber. More stringent testing calls for an atmosphere containing SO in a condensation water-alternating climate. This test is possible with our standard corrosion test cabinet with SO gas closing device.
