Analyst ems+ft

The CheckSum Analyst ems+ft extends the testing power of the Analyst ems with an integrated functional test subsystem that includes flexible stimulus, measurement and switching capabilities. It combines in-circuit test (ICT) with power-up functional test to provide high fault coverage in a single, low-cost platform that can be customized by the user to fit a variety of test requirements.
