Heavy Duty Latch with Adjustable Locking Block

The latch has been specially made for steam-tight oven doors and can be regulated by an adjustable clamp. All visible surface areas are ground, polished and subsequently chromium plated. It is the chromium plating of the surface areas which sanitizes this latch and enables a riskless use with production machines, e.g. of the food industry.
