Established in 1980, Qualitek is the home of the Delta and Qualitek brands of soldering products, built on more than 40 years of experience in the electronics assembly industry. With five headquarters spanning the USA, Europe, China, Singapore and the Philippines, we're set up to support customers locally wherever they manufacture, backed by the resources of a genuinely global operation.

Manufacturing sites across Asia, Europe and the US produce our full range of soldering products, including our high performance Delta Solder Paste. Every global manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, so customers get the same standard of quality control no matter where their product ships from. Our aim is straightforward: soldering products that meet or exceed the industry standards our customers are held to, applied consistently across every site.

Technical support sits at the centre of what we do. Our team provides product recommendations tailored to specific soldering applications and works directly with customers to resolve issues as they arise, rather than leaving them to figure it out from a datasheet. We run a Solder Analysis Program using a state-of-the-art Arc/Spark Analyzer, giving customers a genuine read on solder composition and performance, and a Solder Reclamation Program that recycles dross and paste rather than sending it to waste.

Our full SMT Application Laboratory covers reflow profiling, X-Ray analysis and 3D paste inspection, letting us test and validate performance under real production conditions. We also operate a dedicated Lead-Free Wave Soldering Application Lab, and have recently introduced a Silver Epoxy Reclamation program to extend that same sustainability thinking further.
