The S7-1200 is the logical successor to the S7-200. It is compact, capable and programmed in TIA Portal, which means modern diagnostics and long term support.

Bubble Automation upgrades S7-200 systems to S7-1200, converting the existing logic and tidying it up along the way. Old programs often carry years of patches and workarounds. We rebuild the code in a clean, structured way so your maintenance team can follow it on a breakdown, not just the person who wrote it.

The upgrade is also a good chance to add the things you have been missing. Better alarm messages, an HMI panel for operators, remote access for support, or data collection for production figures. The S7-1200 handles all of that comfortably.

We prepare and test the new program before we come to site, then install, commission and hand over a fully documented system. Most S7-200 to S7-1200 upgrades can be planned around a short shutdown, so the disruption to production is kept to a minimum.
